  • Monday 7.00 AM Conditioning

    First workout off the week is with Manel and dedicated to full-body conditioning. These 60 minute sessions aim to build a strong, capable body by combining elements that challenge both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The focus is on developing balance, control, and resilience, qualities that support better running and everyday movement. Whether your goal is to become a stronger runner or simply to improve your general fitness, this session gives you the tools to move with more power and confidence.
  • Wednesday 7.00 AM Strenght

    Second workout of the week will be with Vasco. He will help you build power and precision in this 50-minute strength-focused session. Designed to develop muscle, improve technique, and boost your overall functional strength, this class features heavier weights, lower reps, and deliberate pacing to let you focus on form and controlled power.Expect compound lifts, kettlebell work, dumbbell exercises that challenge your entire body. Rest periods are built in to help you recover and push hard on every set. Whether you’re aiming to get stronger or perfect your technique, this session has you covered.  
  • Thursday 7.00 AMEndurance, drills & running

    Thursdays focus on running efficiency and aerobic endurance through technical drills and running-based work. These 60-minute sessions combine mobility and activation, movement-focused drills, and sometimes outdoor endurance runs in the scenic surroundings of Monsanto.The aim is to improve how you move, breathe, and run, helping you build sustainable speed and resilience. Whether you're training for a race or just want to run with more ease and confidence, these sessions offer structure and support to help you grow over time.
  • Friday  7.00 AM

    On Fridays Elin takes you trough a 45 minute high intensity workou. You can expect a fast-paced, high-energy workout designed to push your limits while keeping it fun. On Fridays we usually work in pairs or small teams. Expect a mix of shorter, explosive intervals and longer endurance efforts, combining running, biking, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and sled pushes combined with lighter weights for higher reps using barbells, dumbbells, and slam balls., just to name a few. This class will challenge your stamina, build strength, and boost your overall fitness, perfect for all levels, with scalable exercises to match your pace. High effort, high reward. After the workout we finish off with a coffee or proteinshake in the sun!
  • Saturday 10:30

    Step into the world of Strongman with Sebastião as your guide. Over 60 minutes, you’ll explore both the fundamentals and more advanced techniques of this unique and powerful training style. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, every exercise can be scaled to your level. You’ll work with heavy stones, axle bars, yokes, farmer carries, tyre flips, and much more, all designed to build raw strength, grip, and functional power. Sebastião will coach you through proper technique so you can lift, carry, and move with confidence. For anyone who’s never tried Strongman before, this is a fun, energising introduction and a smooth way into the sport. For regulars, it’s a chance to refine your skills and push your limits.
